In 1981, Jon-Erik landed his first summer stock role, playing "Leadville" Johnny Brown in the Merry-Go-Round's production
of The Unsinkable Molly Brown. He also had smaller parts in the season's other productions, Guys &
Dolls (as Harry the Horse), and Pirates of Penzance.
